Mixed Use Rental Property Refinance

I will be looking to refinance a property in the next six months or so. The property is a mixed use residential and commercial rental property. I would like to find an asset based lender that can refinance the property. I am new to BP and to the investing world so any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

If its value is under a million I'd look to local/regional banks and/or credit unions. Details on the size of the property will help give you better answers.
