Hello everyone, I am a new real estate investor and am looking for some guidance on business structure. I currently have my first deal under contract (multi family/mixed-use property). I am purchasing it under an LLC with my father. As I move forward and grow my portfolio, I am not sure if I should continue to buy under this current LLC or start new LLCs for every property. My reasoning would be to separate liability among my properties. Any info or recommendations would help!

Thanks Patrick! Yes, the value is under a million. The property consists of 1 triplex, 2 duplexes, and commercial rental (garage bays). 

I will be looking to refinance a property in the next six months or so. The property is a mixed use residential and commercial rental property. I would like to find an asset based lender that can refinance the property. I am new to BP and to the investing world so any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
