Flat Roof for Apartments

Hello BP community,

I have an apartment building that has a flat roof with a TPO roof that has some pooling of water in one area. I have two  bids that have proposed that I need a new cricket system. Any experience  with flat roofs or new products that are good versus TPO would be appreciated. I am located in Washington State(Spokane) so any vendor recommendation would be helpful as well.

Thank you!!!

@Jeff Quinlan I have a flat roof on a building in Aberdeen WA. Watch your vendors and bids carefully-and their stories too. Last year I was told the roof is done and needs to be replaced by one roofer; another guy fixed some flanging for 150 bucks and said the roof is fine. I'm told the puddling does not matter-it is a flat roof. Vendors have different names for their products but at the end of the day it is simply "rubber". My opinion anyway. All the best.
