Buying MFH’s in Denver
Anybody buying in and around Denver? Wondering how you analyze and decide what properties are worth it. Specifically for multi family units but welcoming all advice!

Start with what you can afford. Get prequalled with a lender. Price will dictate where and what you can buy in this town. Then start seriously looking for opportunities. I've got an investment calculator that I use, and I think this site has one as well.
