In Florida if you have served a 3 day notice.

If you have served the 3 day notice, does that notice expire. It’s been 28 days since I served it. With the holidays and weekends included can I still use it with the eviction complaint or do I have to serve a new 3 day notice

@Jerry , I guess I should look more into what the odds and ends are for both. I have 1 property but its not a mobile home. I'm not sure if the rules are different with a mobile home on private property vs a single family. It may just depend on the county you buy in. Is there a particular book or website that you would recommend that was most helpful in getting started with mobile homes?

Gaspare, thanks I'm new to the site

@Paul, thank you for that advise and I will keep that in mind.

I want to start investing in mobile homes. Can someone tell me where I should start? Also what is the best way to set up a construction team? How do you structure that financially to make a good deal? Do you have a team or look for contractors per project? If you have a team do you just pay them a set amount per mobile home or ? I’m new to this but want to see the overall big picture.
