Good afternoon BP friends hope everyone is having a great day! So I'm having problems in pulling comps or at least having issues finding the ARV for a 6 Plex property here in Las Vegas can anyone help a brotha out? Msg me for the info.

@Josh Loayza for a 6 unit, comps don't give you value. You need to know the going CAP rate for the area, and the NOI of the property. That will give you the value.

6 units are commercial properties, and not valued in the same way as residential
