Hi guys!

I have been investing in small multi family 2-4 units) but would love to invest in something bigger (10 unit or higher apt building). What resources do you guys suggest I read? Are you guys doing syndication deals to get these higher unit properties? I am looking towards funding these deals on my own if possible but do not know where to start.

TIA!

One more thing I will add, I can't get interested at anything less than 10 units now. I won't even run the numbers on a six unit anymore. The economies of scale are so much more in your favor as you get a little bigger. Problem is; MF is on fire, sellers think they are dealing in gold Bullion! Finding good, profitable, properties is a daunting task. So look at how you can utilize the property in a more effective manner than the previous LL, just make sure you have done your homework correctly. All the best!
