Strategies on finding owner finance
I’m trying to start my journey to large apartment investing and syndication. I would like to start in my area by finding a small multifamily, and would like to find an off market deal, preferably a seller finance property. For those who have done this. What strategy have you / would you use to find these deals?

I've bought a lot fo seller financed deals. I train realtors in what I do and how to present them to sellers and I used to train bird doggers on how to present it as an option to sellers. The key really is that your target seller is going to be price proud and that is usually why they haven't sold already. So seller financing allows you to pay their price and still end up with a deal.
