Does anyone have any suggestions on good property management books that may help in overseeing 3rd party management? Or even any books relative to cutting costs?
@Oleg Shalumov thanks! Much appreciated
I’m looking for a multifamily in the Melbourne/ Brevard County area that I can purchase using seller finance. Any suggestions on how to find these properties would be helpful.

To seasoned investors/ syndicators and passive investors that invest in large multi family properties: What are the main statistics in the demographics that you look for? What types of numbers/ percentages do you look for in growth, employment ect. What sources do you use to find the accuracy? Since I plan on starting in my own backyard I would like to have an idea on what to focus on in the future. Thanks
