So, i recently signed on a duplex in Lex. Looking for pricing on a home inspectio. I got quoted 500 by 2 different people. Is this a good price? Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!!

I used John Bain about 6 years ago and he was great.  I’ve heard some agents don’t like their clients using him because “he’s a deal killer,” but I would say that’s what you want - not for the deal to go south, but to know what you’re getting into.
