First Big Complex in the Books!
I have been on Bigger Pockets for a little while. I listened to the podcast a lot and it pretty much got me started in real estate. I set a goal this year to have one rental unit and flip 3 house.
As of today I have a flipping company that has done 30 flips this year, a management company that manages me and my team's rentals, and 48 multifamily rental units.
From a goal of one unit to a total year end accomplishment of 48 units, I would say we knocked it out of the park! Thank you Bigger Pockets!

@Peter Pratti That is amazing man! Really impressive! I myself just got started this past year and am looking to scale up. Currently have 5 rental units and am in the middle of my first flip.
