how come they never show NOI on Loopnet?
There always seems to be a lot of missing info on loopnet.
With residential real estate, when you look at the mls there is usually enough info to tell whether its a deal or not.
With loopnet, is seems like they never provide enough info to say whether its good or not

Because the broker wants you to call them to talk to you so they can find out if you are serious or not. The broker has a job to do - they want to sell the property, but they also want to sell it to the right buyer for their client. The other reason is that most listings that are on loopnet are not great deals or are already deals that are under contract and the broker is just using it as a marketing tool.
