A Question On Finding Multifamily Deals
BP,
In regard to multi-family investing, how do most of you guys find your deals? I find that MLS inventory is pretty low in my target market. Does marketing for off market properties work?

If you're looking for 5+ units multifamily then specialized brokers is your best bet. Check out Marcus and Millichap, ARA Newmark, CBRE, SVN, JLL to name a few.
