Different LLC's for Different Multi-Family Properties?

First time poster seeking legal input. I own a handful of small multi-family units, plus a few single-family rentals all listed under the same LLC. Considering purchase of an occupied quadraplex...from a legal standpoint does it make more sense to set up a new LLC for this purchase, or continue with the same? Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
