Can anyone offer suggestions on how to find accredited investors for Apartment deals? We have several properties we have analyzed and the numbers are incredible! We need additional financing for 3-5 yr hold strategy and a POF, would sure be incredibly helpful. Your feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated folks!

if you are looking for equity investors I suggest that you talk to an Sec attorney. You also need to read about the Reg D 506b or 506c rule.  Unless you prefer to look for a jumpsuit size, you need to learn the rules.
