Property Management - Rent collection and Evictions Only

Does anyone know if management companies exist that handle rent collection and evictions only?  We do not need help with maintenance.  We are in NJ, Elizabeth. Newark area.

@Robert Marek, there are a ton of online companies you can use that will handle rent collections electronically, and if you find a local attorney to partner with for evictions they will be able to handle all of that for you. I work for a PM company and I don't know why you'd want to hire a company and pay management fees if you don't need all of the services. Check out Cozy.co as a start for electronic rent collections and look at your local bar association's public directory to see which local attorneys can handle evictions for you. Our company has partnered with a local attorney for years to do ours at a set fee per eviction. Good luck!
