I am looking at approaching apartments owners and seeing if they would be interested in selling. Does anyone have any good ideas on what to say to them or ask them?

Hi @Jake Serdar...I literally just spent the last hour reading blog posts on the site about buying off market apartment buildings. Lots of great posts with great info for you...just type "buying off market multifamily properties" into the search bar. I got a lot from them re: how to find such properties and how to approach owners. Good luck!
