Finding market rent???
I'd like to raise my rents as I believe they are under market value. How would I go about finding out this information on what the market is renting comparable to my 16 unit complex?

Ask your property manager to perform a Rent Survey for you. They should be checking with all comparable apartments in the area as to how much they are getting for rent and what's included with the rent. Such as; water, electric, gas, internet, cable, etc. They will then make a recommendation on if and how much you should raise your rent.
