If the owner is needing to get rid of it ASAP then why not give him or her the "opportunity" to do owner financing. It will save him/her a lot of money in the end and help BOTH of you.

I'd like to raise my rents as I believe they are under market value. How would I go about finding out this information on what the market is renting comparable to my 16 unit complex?
