Hello everyone hope everybody is having an amazing week because I am making the best of mine. Well earlier this week I posted that I am about to begin in my wholesaling journey and that is still accurate, but my ultimate goal in real estate investing is to own income properties and live off my rentals. I currently live in California but I am interested in buying in another state where it is cheaper does anyone agree with me that this is a good idea and what recomendations and suggestions do you folks have? I will appreciate feedback. Have a blessed week everyone!
