I do a fair amount of reading about real estate.. I’m looking to get some book ideas.

*Multi- family RE

*Raising capital

I own 10 properties now. I bought them all in my first year of real estate. Although I’m looking to buy large investments in the near future 20+ unit buildings. I have the means of buying but would like to be more knowledgeable before starting that endeavor.

Justin - Lots of good options here, a few of my favorites are:

Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book - Joe Fairless (Overall process of syndication business)

Raising Capital For Real Estate - Hunter Thompson (Raising capital)

Raising Private Capital - Matt Faircloth (Raising capital)

The Hands-Off Investor - Brian Burke (Lot's of good "rules of thumb" for multifamily)

I would also advocate for the Multifamily Millionaire II book mentioned already.

Happy Reading!
