Hello!

I'm looking for a bit of direction when it comes to the topic of in person seminars/ workshops.

I currently own a fair size portfolio of multi- family & single family homes. Over the course of buying these properties, I've learned from trial by fire, reading books. Reading & listening to bigger pockets podcasts, tons of YouTube material.

I'm at a point that I would enjoy going to in person workshops, seminars, investor meetups ect.

Any information would be helpful.

— Thanks

Looking to learn about rasing capital.

I own 17 apartments. I'm 27yo. I've bought them all within two years. I'd like to learn as much as I can about raising capital for bigger deals. Any information or preferred books would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Looking at possibilities of using private money to fund a down payment to a commercial property that I have in mind.

1. I have the cash to pay for the down payment although I’m interested in getting started buying property with OPM.

2. Property that I’m buying will require a 25k down payment. And 100k financed.

3. Property has plenty of room for value add. So I plan to make some improvements to the property increase the value and refinance the property into my name only.

(And paying off the private load of course.) my question is where do I start looking for private money lenders… reputable.

What’s your portfolio look like?

How do you see it in the future?

What does it allow you to do in life?

@Donyelle Keith

It’s hard to wrap my head around the owner not knowing who his home is mortgaged by. Even if the original lender sold the loan he could call them an ask who the loan is owned by. Also they won’t talk to you unless they have permission to talk to you buy the mortgagee … for privacy reasons of course. Tell him to call his bank to see who ACH payments were going to. Or to call the lender that he was sending a check to. It’s not hard to find someone looking for money. Good luck.

I do a fair amount of reading about real estate.. I’m looking to get some book ideas.

*Multi- family RE

*Raising capital

I own 10 properties now. I bought them all in my first year of real estate. Although I’m looking to buy large investments in the near future 20+ unit buildings. I have the means of buying but would like to be more knowledgeable before starting that endeavor.

I’m looking to invest time & money into real estate seminars.

Location is not important, I’m capable of traveling. Although I’m looking for advice to find leads on reputable seminars.

I do own Multi/single family units.

I’ve never been to a seminar. And would love to start leaning more.

Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

New to being a landlord. Im looking for information on the process of pulling a tenants credit and doing a back round check.

How do I pull credit and how long does the process take?

Post: Horrible tenant. New purchase. Any advice would be great!

@Patricia Steiner

Former owner lied and said there wasn’t any security deposits. Also lied about about having a lease and what days the tenants paid their rent. He owned me 25 days rent and made it look as it was only 5 days.

A real disaster...
