Update: court didn't even last 30mins. The judge pushed it back to 8/6 because the previous owner's lawyer questioned the validity of it being in an urban renewal zone. The judge said we have to subpoena an official from the city to attest to this fact. We could not just use the MAP put out by the city. And some how the court date has now been moved to 11/29.

@Anthony Smith I also wanted to let you know that @Denise Evans's book she has is excellent.

There is no one else in Alabama for Tax Sales I would spend my money getting my education from.

I also feel that the prices are a bargain.
