Hi Herbster! Hope you didn't give up on the other site, but welcome to BP! Is this 30 day hold causing a problem? Can you get transactional funds for, say 35 days? WIll you buyer contract with possession prior to closing? Can your buyer put the down payment on your deal for the possession prior to closing? If so, what's the problem? Good luck Herbster! Bill
