Need an Agent to do my REO Contracts

Help I am in need of an agent who can do my contracts in Maryland. I have several REO deals that I am trying to get done but the agent that I am working with now cannot do all the ones that I need to put in. Is there any agents out there in Maryland who can help me out. I need to move on these quickly before they are gone. I am trying to put in several contracts every week. Which could ultimately mean money for the both of us. If you interested PLEASE let me know. Thanks..

Drenda

If you are near the listing agent you could use them, the only advantage is that they might work harder with the seller to do your deal as they get both commissions. But beware of what you say to them as you might as well be talking to the seller (you are for all pratical purposes). All you need is a contract. Now, I do know an attorney/investor in your state that could probably get that for you as an agent would, don't know, but he is also an investor and knows your plight, so PM me if you need help.
