Thanks Will I did that with my first deal but the agent was a little on the uncooperative side. I know every agent is not the same but i will see what happens with the ones I have now.

Help I am in need of an agent who can do my contracts in Maryland. I have several REO deals that I am trying to get done but the agent that I am working with now cannot do all the ones that I need to put in. Is there any agents out there in Maryland who can help me out. I need to move on these quickly before they are gone. I am trying to put in several contracts every week. Which could ultimately mean money for the both of us. If you interested PLEASE let me know. Thanks..
