Looking for HUD agent partner

Hello I am working in getting my first HUD property under contract in the Southern California. My challenge is that I am not an agent so I am unable to place bids. My objective is to use transactional funding to close with HUD and wholesale the property for my exit. With that said; is there any HUD agents whom will be interested in partnering with me with this strategy in mind? Regards

tough one... its about dialing for dollars to find an agent that will do this for you.

better thought maybe is to simply get your license ... NO reason not to.. you will be far more successful with this strategy if you can bid for yourself...

I have known realtors that this is all they do for a living... either selling to others.. or keeping them.

you also make a commission..

when you lay this out to an agent they will see that your not really cashed up well enough and there are plenty that are...

anyway good luck with it... there are transactional lenders that will flip you to a short term mortgage.. Just make sure in CA. they are properly licensed.. or if they are not.. then you need to do a JV deal or a TIC deal to keep it all above board and legal.
