HomePath Offer Acceptance Formula

Does HomePath use an automated system for accepting offers (for owner-occupant within First Look period, if that matters)? For example, would it automatically accept, say: First 7 days: 95% of list price 7-14 days: 90% of list price 14-21 days: 85% of list price 21+ days: 80% of list price Or something similar to that?

I think your algorithm is too simplistic. The variables in their algorithm should take into account at least DOM, bid counts, MSA, O/O bid density. See also this related post for HUD bidding. Without extensive bid results data to back up claims, I think you are just guessing. Nothing wrong with that, just stating the way I see it.
