Anyone investing in foreclosures in Jacksonville, FL

Anyone have any experience purchasing foreclosures in Jacksonville, FL? Looks like the main platforms are auction.com and the county website. I have heard bad things about auction.com, but I'm interested in what everyone's experience might be in the local market.
