Just went to my local Dollar General store and saw that they are selling Lowes Gift cards for 15% off until May 12th.

I know alot of people here could probably take advantage of this so i figured I'd share. You may want to check your stores weekly circular to verify.

I do not benefit from this in any way and am not affiliated with with DG. Enjoy

The vinyl planks are a go-to in my rentals. Easy for me to install, very durable and clean up very easily.

@Adam Baughman I still do not know how this person got my information. I've asked around at the local courthouse where I filed and they didn't have any answers for me either. My best guess at this point is that someone who works there is giving this information to an associate of theirs so they can use the information.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue. Not sure why Zillow is trying to force you to CL website instead of actually letting you copy the HTML like it claims.

Also whats everyones opinion on just opening an account and letting tenants deposit it directly into the account? I'm not sure how I feel about them having my routing and account number but would probably set up an account strictly for them to deposit into then just move the money to another account. This is so frustrating ERP had been reliable for so long, never thought I'd be having to go thru this move again.

Have you run into any issues with it? Can it be set up under a business or does it have to be under a name? I'm thinking about going this route but just want to switch to it and find out there are things I may have overlooked.

If your insurance is going to get canceled then might not be worth it but if your insurance will allow it then it's your call. I know some companies will cover all breeds as long as they haven't bitten. Just require them to get renters insurance with a liability policy that you feel is good enough that way if anything ever happens they have insurance to cover it. But you'd want to make sure they are keeping up with it.

Im wondering *why* you think its necessary to rescind the agreement? I'm sure you want a tenant in the unit and you have a tenant that wants to move in so I'm just wondering what is making you want to stop that from moving forward. I'm only asking because there may be something I'm overlooking that could be a lesson for me in the future.
