What is the best way to search for foreclosures in my area?

I am an investor in Chattanooga, TN and I am having trouble finding websites/avenues to find foreclosured properties as well as properties for auction. Can anyone familiar with this expertise in my area give any insight?

Hey Todd! Personally I have not dove too much into the foreclosure world, but I've had clients who specialize in that space and have purchased foreclosures here in Chattanooga through auction.com, so I'd recommend checking that out!

They are public record. Call the county office.

Hey Todd! I am an agent focused on finding investment properties for investors like you. We occasionally obtain properties that have been foreclosed. I would love to connect and chat more! I am also located in Chattanooga :)

I've had luck reverse engineering the process and searching via law firms that handle the foreclosure process. They may (or may not) have a public list of the properties that they are in the process of foreclosing.

There's several paid systems out... "finding" them is the easiest part of working pre-foreclosures..

Yep, best system for WC, not 1000% up to speed in some EC areas, for which I'd use prop stream is more on east.
