What is the best way to search for foreclosures in my area?

I am an investor in Chattanooga, TN and I am having trouble finding websites/avenues to find foreclosured properties as well as properties for auction. Can anyone familiar with this expertise in my area give any insight?

Quote from @Charles Jabaley:

Hey Todd! Personally I have not dove too much into the foreclosure world, but I've had clients who specialize in that space and have purchased foreclosures here in Chattanooga through auction.com, so I'd recommend checking that out!

Thank you Charles, I will definitely check that out!
