Hey everyone,

I'm interested in investing in cell towers. There's a cell tower near my home I looked on property appraiser and its owned by a guy. Now would it be possible to contact him to see if he's interested in selling his lease? Are there brokerage firms that deal with selling cell tower leases? Can you buy the leases and you collect the rent? How does all this work? I would like to know more about it but don't know where to look. Thanks

@Chris Michael for those of us who know nothing — in a nutshell— what does investing in cell towers entail? I’m intrigued, especially since I just bought my first rental property in Wisconsin! Thanks!
