Are Some CRE Gurus Worth The Investment?
I recently joined a website where I wanted to be trained to invest in real estate. The main guy who runs this site is pretty rough (abrasive) on his students (to a point that it's abusive in a way). He doesn't pull punches, and yet...I wonder if his programs (which run from $400-$2,000 per kit) are worth the investment and the abuse (per se). Is Sal Buscemi's programs and training worth being chewed out and alienated on his public forum? His kits are pricey and his membership site is $39.99/month, and yet...it seems his membership site is a primer and a "pump" to get you to buy his kits and invest more money. Has anyone had the same experience, and if so, what are your thoughts?

have not heard of that one.. you can buy any guru's written material tapes and CD's on E bay for 50 bucks.. just look there first.. then decide if you need one on one.
I have seen people do well with these.. but they would do well in any setting.
some of the real hands on one's that charge BIG bucks and teach you in person over the course of a year .. many of those students turn out and excel. its all just what you want to put into it.
you can also learn much here for free.. wether this will give you the motivation to take action is the question.
