They offer more of a type of training for the financial end of things, such as training for hard money lending, starting your own hedge fund, things like that. Within the mix, they offer some leadway into buying your own CRE using the money from your own hedge fund. I just wonder if it's worth the investment. I am currently a member of his website, but I am watching closely to see how he reacts in his porivate forum on Facebook. He is credible though. Sharp as a tack, and is a product of Wall Street, so he does know finance pretty well anyways. I am just trying to weigh out whether I should dump more money into his pretty expensive programs. His Excel spreadsheets alone cost $395 and up! Are they worth it? Or is he just another "guru" out there making millions from his programs he's developed?

I recently joined a website where I wanted to be trained to invest in real estate. The main guy who runs this site is pretty rough (abrasive) on his students (to a point that it's abusive in a way). He doesn't pull punches, and yet...I wonder if his programs (which run from $400-$2,000 per kit) are worth the investment and the abuse (per se). Is Sal Buscemi's programs and training worth being chewed out and alienated on his public forum? His kits are pricey and his membership site is $39.99/month, and yet...it seems his membership site is a primer and a "pump" to get you to buy his kits and invest more money. Has anyone had the same experience, and if so, what are your thoughts?

Duncan,

You state that the MLS Gorilla's concept was stolen from you by Zack Childress. You state that he was a student of yours. Is this true, or is this a ploy to get people to buy your products instead of his? How does your product measure up to, let's say,ProfitGrabber Pro by Marko Rubel?

Hello everyone!

I am a new member here, originally from Oklahoma, but moved to Michigan for a change in the scenery. I have a passion in Commercial Real Estate, but currently work in Residential Real Estate as both an assigner and wholesaler. We also look into buy-and-hold properties as well, as long as the numbers make sense. I am constantly learning and always open for new ideas and new creative ways to buy and acquire most any type of real estate that makes sense. We are always looking for cash buyers, private money lenders and even hard money lenders who have descent terms. Feel free to contact me if you're interested in doing deals together, looking to sell, or looking to make a better return on your money versus a bank CD or current self-directed IRA.

Kind Regards,

Roger Vierra, Jr.

I am brand new to real estate investing. I want to start out wholesaling houses just to build my initial investment income for an advertising budget being that I have no credit nor my own cash after going on disability from going completely blind. I have part of my sight back now, and I want to start contributing to the household income through real estate investing. The problem is that I don't know anything about analyzing deals, nor anything about how to "chunk" analyze repair costs in renovations of a property. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for me? The quicker I get started, the quicker I can start paying off debts and building our nest egg.
