Check with Ponderosa insurance for the storage. Will be cheaper if you do industry specific. If you go with a common carrier will be double.

Thank you so much Henry! I will definitely reach out today. Thanks for the valuable tips.

It does not but it’s a 48 unit complex. I’m local and can provide you several insurance agents.

That is awesome if you would please refer me a few local insurance agents! Very much apprecaite it! I will DM you my email if it works for you.

Are you purchasing Evergreen?

No, not Evergreen. Does Evergreen have apartment buildings mixed with storage units?

Quote from @Henry Clark:

Are the two properties legally separated or all one property?  Do they each have their own city or county tax ID?

Yes, they are two legally separated properties. They are on two different parcels but holding by one company.

Hello all, I am closing a deal with 48 unit apartment buildings and 86 unit self-storages in one deal in Hopkinsville KY. I am having a hard time to find a legit insurance for this deal. I reached out to many insurance brokers that I found online, but most of them are either not able to provide me any coverages or the premium is quoted ridiculously high. Because the apartment buildings and the self-storages are next to each other, I prefer to have them under one carrier, but totally okay to use two different carriers if the cost makes sense. Do you have any recommendations for an experienced insurance broker that may be able to help me out? Very much appreciate it!!

I also looking for a title company or attorney that can do double closing in RTP and Charlotte area. Does anyone have a recommendation? Very much appreciate it!

@Maria D'Aura They are actually pretty split from each other. One in San Jose, one in Fremont, and one in San Leandro.

@Loren Clive Awesome! Thank you so much for the recommendation. I will call and check them out.

Hi All,

I have three properties in the East Bay of Bay Area CA. Does anyone have good recommendations of property manager? Very much appreciate it!
