Brownsville/South Padre TX and SpaceX

Anyone here in the Brownsville/South Padre Tx area? Curious to know how the market is for small multi and sfh since that social media post by Elon Musk regarding SpaceX.

@Reden Dionisio I have a rental in South Padre Island but be ready for taxes to increase every year. This year, the county wants to increase everyone in the area by 121% that's insane. A lot of us have appealed it. I had to take mine out of the market because it wasn't selling. Good luck finding a place. SPI is a vacationers place to relax and have fun. It's great for everyone and there's a lot of demand still for vacationers.
