Hey everyone! I am an investor who currently resides in Chicago. I've completed a few long-distance flips in Tampa and am looking to acquire some rental properties in 2021. I'd like to set up my team this month and start buying in February, so I would love to start networking with people to get their input. I will be looking for GC's, PM's, realtors, lenders, wholesalers, etc., so if you have any recommendations, I would appreciate it! I'm primarily interested in single and small multi-family (duplex, triplex, fourplex) properties and my goal is to BRRRR them out at roughly 80% ARV once stabilized. Thanks and I look forward to working with you in the future!

Mark

Going to be very tough to BRRR with ability to pull out 100% of your cash in today's market given how high prices have risen. With that said - can be done - but wouldn't go in with that being a requirement of the deal.
