Hey everyone! I was wholesaling in Atlanta (Cherokee and Forsyth Co) for the last 2 years and then our entire family moved to Destin, FL (30A to be specific). I wanted to start wholesaling in South Alabama but I was not aware of the thirst for wholesale properties in that part of the state. Is there flipping or buy and hold activity occurring in that area? Thanks!
