Bought a house with cash with intentions on fixing and renting it out. Came to a dilemma because I don’t have the money to pay for the rehab work. Any suggestions out there? What would you do ?

@David R Coleman Hi David, these are just suggestions and thing to try to get you thinking on some ideas.  Of course they each come with their own risk.  How much work does it need?  Do you think it can be rented out as is at a cheaper rate?   Or can it be rented to someone that would be willing to fix it up as they live there for less rent? Or is property unsafe. Do you have any friends or family that would be willing to loan money.  Did you buy the property at a deal, that it may have some equity in it that you could sell it?
