I have money saved up but my taxes show no income due to writeoff

I am looking to buy my first house. I have over $20K saved up however, my 2018 and 2019 taxes that I filed showed no income due to deductions I took. Is there a way I can still qualify for a mortgage? If so which lenders do you think will consider my case?

All inputs are appreciated. Thank you.

Lenders have loans for self employed people based on bank statements at higher rates.

But how much were your write offs were legitimate business expenses?

Unless you had a ton of depreciation or mileage if your taxes show no income...you don't have income.
