@Natalie Kolodij Thank you for your input. To answer your questions, Yes, it is a legitimate business, and yes I had a ton of mileage which resulted in no income. I just dont know what to do now except wait another year or 2 file my taxes and not take all the deductions and then apply again. And that just seem defeating. Thanks again.

I am looking to buy my first house. I have over $20K saved up however, my 2018 and 2019 taxes that I filed showed no income due to deductions I took. Is there a way I can still qualify for a mortgage? If so which lenders do you think will consider my case?
