WTB lot to build a duplex.

Joseph Van Fleet
Posted

I see many vacant lots around town (Richmond, KY) but none seem to be listed for sale.  Does anyone have any tips or strategies for how I might try to buy one?

And I'm sorry if this isn't posted in the proper place, I'm new here and still trying to figure everything out.

Thanks so much for the help!

Joe

Look up the exact zoning you want on the property appraisers website. Then write the owners who have vacant land with the proper zoning.
