Hello,

My wife and I are probably relocating for work to Glenwood Springs/ Rifle area of Colorado.  We will be coming up next weekend or the following and would like to find a realtor that is familiar with house hacking so we can look at some properties while we are there exploring the area and interviewing.  Would love any recommendations from the BP community.

Thanks,

Travis

Hi Travis,

I'm a local broker/investor here in the Glenwood Springs area and I primarily work from GWS down to Rifle. It's an interesting time here right now (as it is everywhere). We're still in the midst of a very strong sellers market, but with the onset of COVID-19, we are starting to see more inventory hit the market (time will tell if the increased inventory will balance out the demand). The state just started allowing showings again this week, and with that, a lot of people who were waiting to list finally pulled the trigger. I'll shoot you a DM with some more info. Hope this helps.
