Direct mail while virus
Do you continue direct mailing during all that current virus situation? Especially finding motivated sellers in preforeclosure.
Do you get less responses than 2-3 months ago?

@Andrew Melvil if you have been doing direct mail then continue with your mailings but if you are planning to just start then I am afraid this is not the right time.
