Question regarding using a Real Estate Agent

I understand that using a SDIRA account to purchase real estate means I can not live in the property, nor can an even remotely related relative, nor can a relative do any upkeep or repairs, but what about a family member being the realtor in the process of looking for and purchasing the property?
