I have a house that I have a contract to buy. The sellers know that I will be marketing the property to find my buyer before I close. The city guys are giving me a hard time with placing out my home made looking " Owner Financing" signs out. These signs have work good for me in the past. I have the house on Cragslist and postlets.com. Not much response. I'm offering owner carry and this house should sell fast if it wasn't for the city code taking down my signs. Can I place this house on the MLS on a flat fee listing with just a contract to purchase?

I used to do this all the time. It depends on the MLS rules for your area. You would need to check around with the flat fee listing services in your area. If Every realtor is telling you they can't do it, then call up the local Realtor association to see if you can do it. In my area, as long as you have Equitable Interest in the property, then you can post your house for sale.
