I'm getting ready to put an offer in on a property in St. Petersburg FL it's a 4 plex.  Property is currently fully rented, would I have any issues with having a tenant move out of one unit since I would need to move into one?

I'm thinking this wouldn't be able to work right now with the COVID-19

I agree with @Adam Benmbark. You would be surprised how easy it is to convince someone to move out by offering a bit of cash. Even if they are on a month-to-month lease it may be difficult to get them to move out involuntarily now and if they do they may be pissed and leave the unit a mess. Offer them a few hundred dollars and they will leave happy, leave the unit in decent shape, and you may have less repairs.
