Let’s say if u have 500k how would u like to invest it? Would it be cash for 2 duplex and get the cash flow and debt free? Or leverage yourself and get a small apartment complex? Which one would be a better option?

@David Li

Step 1: I wouldn't post a question implying I had that much money using my full name and location on an indexable website.

Step 2: I would use the search function to see the answers given others who had asked the same question.

Step 3: I would get ready for my inbox to explode with connection requests from people who have something to sell you. Agents, syndicatiors, turnkey folks...

With all of that out of the way, I'd forget about how much money I had and learn as much as I could about different Re niches in order to see where I had a competitive advantage over others. Once I had found that, then I'd start to look for ways to deploy capital.
