I keep hearing that if you borrow at 3% interest rate then your hedging inflation, but if the price of your house/investment is not going up and is going sideway for the next few years, how is that inflation Hedge? especially if we adjust it for inflation the value of the house actually went down in real term, am I wrong?

Is crazy to me too, there’s no permit at all, and they just keep building more lol, everything was build between 1970 I believe

The story is that the seller ask to build a non conforming salon and some storage and city is ok with that, and the seller turned it into a 6 additional units with kitchen 🤦‍♂️

That’s good tips because the house is on one meter I think, I’m looking over it with a lawyer now hopefully something good can come out of it

Yeah, I’m thinking if we can’t make a case after the lawyer reviews it we r going to default on it.

Too many moving part with carry a loan and getting more loans and holding cost to get everything approved.

My partner talked to the seller about it. Seems like he is not happy either. I don’t think he wants to deal with the city and the empty building 😂
